Training seminars:
Training seminars for end user and employees that are directly and indirectly involved with the services and maintenance of the fleet. The aim is to educate employees on the different oil specifications and using the correct oil for varying applications. Furthermore, it will be important to train on the correct method of extracting samples for analysis in order to ensure accurate sample analysis reports which are integral to an effective maintenance program.

Lubrication recommendations:
The technical team from Bexaco will provide an accurate recommendation on lubricants to be used by vehicle on receipt of a complete fleet list from the workshop, maintenance or service managers of the client. Based on the fleet information a Service Lubrication File, including recommendations, will be provided for implementation.

Technical back up and site visits/ equipment surveys:
The technical team will do site visits and equipment surveys in order provide additional recommendations and observations regarding the correct product use. Correct product use is essential and will reduce component failures.

Analysis of in service oil reports:
In order to keep potential component failures in check and to potentially extend drain intervals, regular oil samples, if decided by workshop or maintenance manager can to be taken. Bexaco can assist client in the construction of an oil testing program and in the analysis of service oil test results.

The technical team from Bexaco will assist in analyzing the samples. This advisory service will be free of charge, however the costs incurred in the transportation and testing of the samples will be billed to client as an independent laboratory needs to be engaged in order to do the testing.

Lubricant standardization:
The combination of fleet analysis and site visits will allow for further recommendations to be made on the standardization of products, reducing costs and reducing risk of incorrect product use.
