BEXACO (Pty) Ltd. consists out of 2 main divisions, a Distribution division for – petroleum products, lubricants, chemicals, mining supplies and general supplies both on a local and international platform, and a Truck & Plant Hire division, with national and SADC footprint. Our vision is to use the ever developing market to create and grow opportunities and to create sustainable jobs by utilizing our skills and investing in improving our ability to develop and satisfy emerging customer needs.
Despite global and local economic instability, BEXACO, has the ability to l adapt and remain focussed in achieving our current and long-term goals and objectives. Our success is driven by our ability to succeed and satisfy the needs and demands of our clients, which goals are achieved by our commitment to obtain results in the proper and ethical manner, by operating responsibly, executing with excellence, applying innovative ideas and opportunities which ultimately add value to the business of our clients.

We currently operate in several of the spheres of the energy, mining and general supply industry.
BEXACO distributes oil, petrochemicals, lubricants, industrial chemicals, mining supplies and fuels in Southern Africa. The Plant Hire division provides us with access to the mining industry and provides a leading edge in identifying new opportunities which leads to job creation and becoming involved with local communities

CODE OF ETHICS
BEXACO conducts its business honestly and ethically wherever we operate and strive to achieve the highest standards of ethical business and personal conduct, professionalism and integrity.
Our aim is to conduct business in an ethical manner and to provide guidance to either employees or managerial staff and how they must apply these principles in the performance of their responsibilities
Our code summarizes the principles and policies relating to the ethical aspects of work and provides guidelines for resolving ethical issues as they arise. The code touches on issues such as hiring and employment practices, conflicts of interest and confidentiality, harassment and environmental, health and safety matters.
Our code is intended to encourage employees to raise serious concerns within our company. Employees who observe, learn of, or, in good faith suspect, a violation of our company’s code of ethical conduct must immediately report the alleged violation to management. They can do so with confidence that their reports of code violations, real or even suspected, will be held in the strictest confidentiality and they will be fully protected against any retaliation
